1) Lord Hagen is currently ruling over the Island of Khorinis, he resides in the upper part of the city with Lord Andre, the temporary commander of the Militia and Gorvernor Cornelius.
Only Nobles, Paladins and a few members of the Militia can get access to the upper part of the city.
2) To ask for informations or report crimes you can go to the Barracks of the Militia and look for Captain Athelard or his right hand Lucius.
3) All these following crimes will be punished by the Militia of Khorinis:
-Stealing
-Robbing
-Extorting
-Kidnapping
-Assault
-Murder (or attempted murder)
-Weed dealership
The jugement will be decided by the Captain of The Militia Athelard depending on the facts and proofs against any accused.
4) In the abscence of a judge, Captain Athelard has been appointed as the temporary highest judiciary authority in Khorinis.
5) If you get caught in the act of these crimes or are suspected of it by The Militia you will be arrested. Evidence will then be examined, depending on the severty of the crime, and, if necessery a trial will be held.
6) Citizenship can be bought from Secretary in the harbor for 500 gold.
7) It is first required to be a citizen to join the Militia.
8) While the work done by the Guild of Mercenaries is tolerated, they are regarded as normal citizen, and the laws apply to them equaly.
9) While the Militia is responsible for the security in all of the Island of Khorinis, due to recent events, It is strongly recommended to stay within city walls where it is the safest.
