Title: Governor of Khorinis
Possessor of the title: Garwin
Requirements: Given by the High Inquisitor.
Description: The "Governor of Khorinis" appoints the administrative responsibles in Khorinis and manages most of the city's business. He can decide how severe the law is, write down new laws, banish people from the city, imprison them and extirpate their goods if he proves they have been obtained by illegal means.
Title: Marshal of Khorinis
Possessor of the title: Andreas
Requirements: To have the rank of Captain or above. Given by the "Governor of Khorinis" or the High Inquisitor.
Description: The "Marshal of Khorinis" has full command over the garrisoned troops in Khorinis, Inquisition Soldier and city militia included. He is charged with both the security of the city and the organisation of the troops in case of an attack.
Title: Commander of the Guards
Possessor of the title: Andreas
Requirements: To have the rank of Lieutenant or above. Given by the "Governor of Khorinis", the "Marshal of Khorinis" or the High Inquisitor.
Description: The "Commander of the Guards" mainly commands the Acolytes, Soldiers and Sergeants in the city. He is mostly charged with the city's security.
Title: Finance Minister
Possessor of the title: Einar
Requirements: To have the rank of a Secretary, and knowing how to count (for obvious reasons). Given by the "Governor of Khorinis" or the High Inquisitor.
Description: The "Finance Minister" collects taxes from citizens, Inquisition members, merchants, and city's "guests". He punishes those who haven't paid and gives out the Inquisition members their salaries. Despite all that, he also manages properties' dealership, faction's budget, and Citizenship procedures.
Title: Judge of Khorinis
Possessor of the title: None
Requirements: To have the rank of a Secretary, and possess advanced knowledge of laws. Appointed by the "Governor of Khorinis" or the High Inquisitor.
Description: The "Judge of Khorinis" presides trials. Any citizen in town can be brought to a trial if the accuser gives enough proofs to the court. The Judge is also assigned a soldier as a personal bodyguard.
